Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We do not sell it. Nevada requires every operator to keep a channel for the request anyway, and this page is ours.

1. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) requires every website operator to maintain a channel for a “do not sell” request whether or not it sells anything. This page is that channel.
Under NRS 603A.333(1), a “sale” means exchanging your information for money. Giving your details to the people who actually build your project (our subcontractors, our scheduling software, the manufacturer registering your product warranty) is not a sale and is expressly excluded by the statute.
2. What the request does
A verified request directs us not to make any sale of any covered information we have collected, or will collect, about you (NRS 603A.345(2) and (3)). You do not have to explain why, and making the request has no effect on an estimate, a price, or a job we are doing for you.
3. Make the request
We ask for the minimum needed to find your record. We may email you to confirm the request came from you: Nevada law lets us verify authenticity and identity by commercially reasonable means before acting (NRS 603A.337). We will not ask you for a government ID, a Social Security number or a date of birth. Collecting a stronger identifier than the record we are matching against would be a net privacy loss.

We answer within 60 days, and sooner if we can. If you gave us an email address we may use it to confirm the request came from you. To speak to a person instead, call (775) 200-0648, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
4. How long we take
We respond within 60 days of receiving your request. If we need more time we may take up to 30 additional days, and we will notify you if we do (NRS 603A.345(4)).

That number is not toll-free, so Nevada law does not allow it to serve as our designated request address: NRS 603A.325 permits only an email address, a toll-free number or a website. It is a working way to reach us, not a substitute for the form.
6. If you are a California resident
We are not a “business” as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines that term, so its rights and its request procedures do not apply to us. We honour the request on this page for California residents regardless.
