Privacy Policy
What this site collects, who else ever sees it, and how to make us change or delete it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Effective 29 July 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026
1. Who this policy covers
Advanced Design & Development, Inc. is a general contractor at 1155 Watson Way, Suite 7, Sparks, NV 89431. This policy covers adadremodel.com: its forms, and the calls, emails and texts that follow a request.
Section 6 answers the five items NRS 603A.340(1) requires of an operator’s notice. We do not claim Nevada law compels one: NRS 603A.340(2) exempts small Nevada operators and we may sit inside it. Your construction project is governed by your signed contract; this policy governs information.
2. What you give us
Only what the forms ask for. There are three kinds.
The project inquiry form, the one on the homepage and on each service-area page: your name, phone number, email (optional), the project’s city, the type of project, what you write in the description box, and whether you ticked the optional project-notes box.
The cost calculator form: your name, phone number, email, the project address and city, the best time to reach you, any notes, plus the answers you gave the calculator and the range it produced.
The do-not-sell request form: your name, email, phone (optional), and the project city and state (optional, so we can find your record).
That is the entire list.
3. What is collected automatically
Server request logs kept by our hosting platform: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring URL. That is all.
This site sets no cookies, uses no local or session storage, and runs no third-party analytics: no analytics tag, advertising pixel, session recorder or chat widget. It loads nothing from a third-party host, so reading this page discloses your address to nobody but our hosting provider. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
4. How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare an estimate.
- To schedule and perform the work, if you hire us.
- To send job messages: appointment confirmations, crew arrival windows, estimate delivery, schedule changes.
- To send promotional email, only if you separately opted in.
- To keep business, tax and warranty records.
We keep records for seven years. That is a business practice, not a legal requirement we are quoting at you: we could not verify a Nevada retention period that governs this, and would rather say so than attach a statute to a number that does not have one.
5. Calls and email
We do not send text messages. No form on this site asks for permission to text you, and we run no texting programme.
Submitting a form with a phone number authorizes Advanced Design & Development, Inc., and no other company, to contact you at that number about that project, including by calls delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. You are not required to agree to that in order to buy any product or service from us.
You can withdraw that permission at any time, in any words. Federal rules (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(10)) require us to honour any reasonable revocation, in whatever words you use, within ten business days. Tell whoever calls you, reply to any email from us, or call (775) 200-0648.
6. Third parties, and the five Nevada disclosures
NRS 603A.340(1) requires an operator’s notice to answer five things. Here they are, in the statute’s order.
- Categories collected, and categories of third party they are shared with. Collected: identifiers, contact information, project and service information, automatically-collected technical information. Shared with: hosting and form processing; email delivery; scheduling and customer-record software; product manufacturers registering a warranty on your job; the subcontractors who perform the work; legal authorities on valid legal process. Never data brokers, lead aggregators or ad networks.
- The process for reviewing your information and requesting changes. Use section 13. A Nevada opt-out-of-sale request under NRS 603A.345 gets the statutory window: 60 days, extendable by 30 more with notice to you. Every other request (copy, correction, deletion, marketing opt-out) is answered within 30 days as a matter of our practice, a commitment rather than a citation. Where a request is both, the statutory clock governs.
- How material changes are notified. We post the revised policy here with a new “Last updated” date.
- Whether a third party may collect covered information about your online activities over time and across different websites. No. No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code runs on adadremodel.com, and no third-party host is contacted on page load. If that changes, so does this answer.
- The effective date of this notice. At the top of this page.
7. We do not sell your information
Nevada defines a sale narrowly. NRS 603A.333(1) calls it “the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration by an operator or data broker to another person,” and expressly excludes disclosure to a processor acting on our behalf, to someone you asked us to deal with, and to an affiliate.
Giving your address to the framing crew is not a sale, and neither is anything else we do. The channel exists regardless, because NRS 603A.345 requires one: Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
8. Email and unsubscribing
If you opt in, every commercial message will identify itself as an advertisement, carry an unsubscribe mechanism live for at least 30 days after it is sent, and show our postal address: 1155 Watson Way, Suite 7, Sparks, NV 89431. We honour an unsubscribe within ten business days (15 U.S.C. § 7704(a)(4)(A)(i)).
9. Your choices
Wherever you live, you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax, warranty and legal reasons) and opt out of marketing at any time.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, reaches only businesses that meet one of its statutory thresholds: an annual gross revenue floor, personal information on 100,000 or more California consumers or households, or deriving half or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. We are a Nevada contractor working in Northern Nevada, we meet none of those thresholds, and we do not sell personal information at all, so we do not believe the Act applies to us. That is our own reading of the statute and not legal advice. We honour the requests above for California residents regardless.
Nevada residents. Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) lets you submit a verified request directing us not to sell any covered information we have collected about you. We do not sell covered information. The request channel is at /do-not-sell/, or email info@adadremodel.com. We respond within 60 days, and will tell you if we need the additional 30 days the statute allows.
10. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures: HTTPS on every page, access limited to those who need it. We will not tell you your data is completely safe, because no storage is.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect from them. If a child has sent us something, call (775) 200-0648 and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
Revisions are posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes are flagged at the top for 30 days.

adadremodel.com is a new domain and its mailbox is still being provisioned, so mail to it may not be deliverable yet. The phone number above is the channel that works, and a do-not-sell request can be made at /do-not-sell/.
A question about this policy is a question a person should answer.
If something here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, ask. You will get a person who can look it up, not a ticket number.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A person answers. Email to this domain is still being provisioned, so the phone is the reliable route today.
